  Loved this hotel and will certainly book again when next in Sydney. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and anticipated our needs (in some cases providing the information and assistance we needed before we'd even asked). The welcome and the turn down services are exceptional. We felt welcome and enjoyed every moment of our stay.
